My blog absence is explained by my vacation to Washington/Lynchburg. I drove down here with Joel and his family...it's very bittersweet, because we're leaving him in Lynchburg, where his University is.
We're going to be 12 hours away for 4 years.
I don't know how I'm going to handle saying goodbye...

Your trip looks like fun and your pictures are really nice. I've never been to Washington D.C. but my oldest daughter has and really enjoyed it. That's neat you got to see where your boyfriend will go to college. That will help you visualize where he's at and what he's doing. That must have been hard to say goodbye. I don't envy you that. What do you start school? I like the new look of your blog. Take care.
